PHCC of MA is the Massachusetts chapter of the oldest trade association in the construction industry - Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors, established in 1883. We represent the interests of Massachusetts' plumbing, heating and cooling contractors.
We are proactive representatives of our membership including legislative initiatives, continuing education, training, and business networking.
The mission of PHCC of MA is to advance professionalism in the plumbing, heating and cooling industry through education and advocacy.

New Apprentice Policy On November 30th, the Board of Examiners approved a new apprentice policy, which extends the renewal period for certain individuals. Click here to view the new policy in its entirety.
Board Interpretation - Outdoor Showers On November 30th, the Board of Examiners decided that an outdoor shower which is not fully enclosed may not connect to the sanitary drainage system, as storm water could enter the drain.
