Fran Williams Memorial Scholarship Charitable Donation

The Fran Williams Memorial Scholarship was created by his wife Anne after he passed away in 2011. Fran served as PHCC President at the national, state and local levels. He was an active member of the Educational Foundation for many years and was a tremendous advocate for education and professionalism in the PHCC industry.
