Membership Options

Contractor Membership 

Includes full membership and benefits in both the Massachusetts and National PHCC associations.

May be paid in full by check or credit card. Quarterly or monthly payments must be made by credit card.  The first payment will be charged to your credit card upon submittal of membership application.  Credit card will be charged automatically for subsequent payments – and notification faxed to member- on the first day of each following quarter (April 1, July 1, October1) or month as appropriate.

Associate Membership

Open to manufacturers, representatives, distributors, wholesalers and all companies providing materials or services to the phc industry.

Annual dues:

$765

Affiliate Membership

Open only to full-time inspectors and full-time educators.

	Annual Inspector Dues:	$195
	Annual Instructor Dues:	$250
