PHCC of MA is the Massachusetts chapter of the oldest trade association in the construction industry—PHCC, established in 1883. We represent the interests of Massachusetts' plumbing, heating and cooling contractors. Our mission includes the education, training, promotion, and advancement of our industry.

• Take I-93 SOUTH toward QUINCY / I-90 WEST / WORCESTER.
• Take the I-93 South exit on the LEFT.
• Merge onto MA-3 South.
• Take the WASHINGTON STREET exit - EXIT 18 - toward BRAINTREE.
• Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON STREET.
• After the second set of lights (BRAINTREE SQUARE), you will first see a Shell Gas Station on your left, then a couple of small stores, then two similar large white office buildings; the first of which has a Rockland Trust Bank on the first floor. PHCC of MA is on the fourth floor of that building; Suite #401.
   

• Take I-95 South / MA-128 South / US-1 North. Continue to follow US-1 North.
• Take the RT-3 South exit - EXIT 7 - toward CAPE COD.
• Take the WASHINGTON STREET exit - EXIT 18 - toward T STATION / QUINCY CTR.
• Take the WASHINGTON STREET ramp toward BRAINTREE.
• Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON STREET (at the set of lights).

• Merge onto MA-3 North via the ramp on the LEFT toward QUINCY / BOSTON.
• Take the UNION STREET exit - EXIT 17 - toward BRAINTREE / S. BRAINTREE.
• Enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto UNION STREET (3/4 around the rotary).
• You will go through one set of lights, then go under the MBTA overpass. At the top of the hill, turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto WASHINGTON STREET (at the set of lights at Thayer Academy).
• Follow WASHINGTON STREET for about 1/2 mile, going through one set of lights. You will see two similar large white office buildings; the second of which has a Rockland Trust Bank on the first floor. PHCC of MA is on the fourth floor of that building; Suite #401.
